About the event
Eagle’s purpose is twofold: 1. To act as a catalyst, empowering leaders to create their own companies. 2. To help leaders develop visions that address and solve pressing problems affecting people. By combining these objectives, Eagle aims to bridge the employment gap between leadership deficits and the world's unsolved challenges.
These ideation sessions are designed to serve as a catalyst for business plan creation, fostering innovative thinking and collaboration among visionary leaders.

Join us for an engaging and transformative session where Neil will guide us through a series of interactive and thought-provoking activities using his unique improv and communication expertise.
Part 1: Introduction, Rules, and Ice Breakers: We will kick off the session with a warm welcome, followed by a quick rundown of the session's guidelines to ensure everyone feels comfortable and engaged. Then, we'll dive into some fun ice breakers to get everyone ready to participate actively.
Part 2: Tackling Waste Management: We will dive into the 'waste management' concept from our previous meeting, presented by Eduardo Salazar. We’ll brainstorm ways to create incentives for household recycling and improve waste processing. The goal is to identify starting points, resources needed, and spark interest for ongoing collaboration.
Part 3: Unleashing Your Creativity: Bring your own ideas to the table for a brand new project. Just like our first session, this will be an open forum to explore fresh concepts and innovative solutions. The aim is to help you frame a new problem statement, setting the stage for future collaborations and in-depth presentations, similar to Part 2.
