This includes selecting a name, establishing your vision and mission, and identifying the values that will guide your work. These foundational elements will help solidify the purpose of your project as you move forward

Name Your Project or Business
"What will you call your project or business?"
Instructions: Choose a name that reflects the core mission and vision of your venture. Example: "I will name the project 'UrbanAir,' reflecting its focus on improving air quality in cities."
Define the Vision and Mission
"What is the long-term vision and immediate mission of your project?"
Instructions: Craft a clear vision (the ideal future state you hope to achieve) and mission (what your business will do to make this happen). Example: "Our vision is to make cities healthier by eliminating air pollution. Our mission is to provide real-time air quality monitoring to drive action and policy changes."
Establish Core Values
"What core values will guide your business?"
Instructions: Identify the values that will shape how you approach your work and interact with stakeholders. Example: "Our core values are sustainability, transparency, and innovation."
